A task manager that tells you what to do next.
Your Boss combines tasks, routines, calendars, reminders and schedule windows into one focused daily plan—so you spend less time organizing and more time finishing.
Best move is
Finish the launch planWork · Due today
Plan less. Execute better.
Your Boss turns a long task list into a clear sequence you can actually follow.
Capture the work
Add a task, due date, timeframe, notes, subtasks and up to ten personal alerts.
Set your schedule
Create schedule windows for every weekday and connect each window to a category.
Follow the recommendation
Open Home and let your boss surface the most urgent useful task for the moment.
From download to first win.
Follow these six steps once. Your Boss handles the daily structure after that.
Make the app yours
- Create an account with email, Google or Apple.
- Choose one of the included boss characters—or take your own square photo.
- Pick a theme and allow notifications if you want reminders.
Tip You can replay the tutorial and change your boss at any time in Settings.
Separate the areas of your life
Start with Work, Personal, Chores and Routines. Add, rename, color, reorder or remove categories from Settings. Categories control your Board groups, filters and schedule recommendations.
Create work that is easy to finish
Use the + button from Home, Board or Calendar. Give the task a clear title, category and due date, then add optional notes, a timeframe and subtasks.
For repeating work, choose Daily, Every 2 days, Weekly or Every 2 weeks. A fresh routine replaces the old occurrence instead of filling Overdue.
Tell Your Boss what kind of work fits now
In Settings, open Schedule windows and build a 24-hour plan for each weekday. Link a category to every window, save reusable windows and copy a day to another day.
Example Work 09:00–15:00, Exercise 18:00–19:30 and Personal 20:00–22:00.
See the day, month and history
Swipe between days or months, tap a date to inspect its tasks and use the checkmark to finish a task directly. Completed tasks and subtasks remain searchable in your history.
If you mark something complete by mistake, tap its completed checkmark to return it to the Board.
Stay useful without staying online
Task alerts, sleep reminders and morning messages use iOS notifications. Once scheduled, they can fire without mobile data. The app keeps an offline copy of your tasks and syncs changes when the connection returns.
Important Enable notifications in both Your Boss Settings and iPhone Settings → Notifications → Your Boss.

Frequently asked questions.
Does Your Boss work without internet?+
Yes. The iPhone app keeps a local working copy of your task data. You can use core task features offline and the app synchronizes eligible changes after your connection returns.
Do repeating tasks become overdue?+
No. Repeating work behaves like a routine. When the next occurrence is created, the old unfinished occurrence is replaced instead of staying in Overdue.
Where is my information stored?+
Account and synchronization data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. The app also keeps an offline copy on your device. Read the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
Can I cancel during the free trial?+
Yes. Subscription management and cancellation are handled by Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew into a paid subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?+
Open Settings → Membership in Your Boss and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
